Formed in 1992 to promote economic growth and prosperity throughout South East Hampshire the Harbour Forum is a partnership of local authorities surrounding Portsmouth Harbour. It has been working tirelessly over this period to support more than 10,000 businesses in their efforts to grow and expand. Its promotional activity has successfully attracted inward investment into the area.
